Ordering Information
Orders
Most of the items in this catalog are in stock and will be shipped
within 72 hours. Our complete systems are normally in stock and shipped
within one week, however, we ask that you allow ten weeks for delivery.
Be sure to include a purchase order number, name, phone
number, ship to and bill to address.
Pricing
Prices in this catalog are effective January 1, 2007 and maybe changed without
notice.
Terms
Payment is net 30 days. All prices are F.O.B. Manchester, NH and subject to
change without notice. Freight charges, handling and packing materials are
prepaid and added to the invoice.
Returns
Product returns are accepted with prior authorization only. Call for a Return
Authorization Number and forwarding information. There will a 25% restocking
fee. All returns must be made within 30 days.
Warranty
All RT Scientific products are warranted free from defects in material and
workmanship for 120 days. We will replace or repair at our discretion at no cost
to the customer any product with such defects. The defective product must be
returned with an explanation of the defect.
