Adding a Fraction Collector, Detector And Recorder to the PurChrom System

The solvent delivery system with the Accessory Case, which can house a fraction collector, detector and recorder, is designed to provide a chromatography system that can easily fit in a hood. The accessory case allow the detector, recorder and fraction collector to move as one unit. This allows the unit to be easily placed in a hood and stored when finished. The detector comes standard with a 254 nm filter, but a 280 filter can be added as an extra accessory. A tube change mark is placed on the chart recorder with both types of fraction collectors. The ISCO Foxy Jr. fraction collector also has peek detection capability. Below is a typical complete system.
